Hiring a Sr. Internal Recruiter based in Boston to support the Kforce Tri-State offices. You will be responsible for staffing Sales Associates, Recruiters, Business Partners, Leaders and BDA's while working closely with the Hiring Managers. Also, you will be responsible for getting out into the market and attending networking events and making a name for yourself as the face of Kforce in the Boston and NY Offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT

Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring objectives and determine hiring needs. Facilitate the requisition request pro

• cess.Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs, internet postings and direct con
• tact.Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotia
• tion.Submit candidates directly to hiring managers, provide information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations. Coordinate interview and follow up activi
• ties.Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations; partner with hiring managers, senior leaders and compensation team members as ne
• eded.Ensure proper requisition and offer approvals are obtained, and all activity is tracked in the applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely ma
• nner.Connect with candidates and partner with hiring managers on a regular basis to ensure expectations are
