Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving talent strategy by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across a variety of skilled and professional roles.

This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with leadership to deliver strong hiring outcomes. The right candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume workload with an emphasis on proactive sourcing
• Identify and engage talent using a variety of sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent strategy
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
• Evaluate candidates for skill alignment, long-term potential, and overall fit
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Adapt recruiting strategies in response to changing business priorities
• Support broader talent initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Background supporting skilled, technical, or operations-focused roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000
