Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter

Job Overview

Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple channels such as social media, job boards, and ATS platforms like Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening through behavioral interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure a perfect fit.
• Manage employment contracts, employee orientation sessions, and onboarding procedures to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro for tracking applicant data, employee records, and recruitment metrics.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies including cold calling, lead generation, campus recruitment initiatives, and social media management to attract passive candidates.
• Stay updated on employment & labor law compliance to ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards.
• Engage in talent management activities like employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and training & development programs to foster internal growth.
• Conduct orientations and provide check-in support for new temporary employees as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations for temporary staff and coach and discipline as needed.
• Complete injury reports, conduct accident investigations and communicate appropriately with the Safety department.

Experience

• Bilingual Spanish and English
• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing within fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions positively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday is essential.
• Demonstrated success in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or ADP for managing employee data efficiently.
• Understanding of employment & labor law regulations relevant to recruiting practices across different regions.
• Experience with social media management tools for talent acquisition campaigns is a plus.
• This position requires long hours, (8-10 hrs. /day) and a flexible schedule, which may include occasional weekends.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
