We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter position at our office in Columbus, OH. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $40,000

Duties or responsibilities would include

• Recruiting
• Interviewing
• Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
• Employee Orientations and Coaching
• Safety training
• Attendance tracking
• Processing Payroll/Deductions
• Client Communication
• On-Site Client Check-Ins
• Problem Solving Issues
• General Office Duties

The ideal candidate will possess

• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic personality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Must be able to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Undergraduate degree (or pursuing) is preferred
