Talent Acquisition Specialist (REMOTE)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, relentless, and results-driven Recruiter who loves the thrill of the hunt.

This is not a desk recruiter role where candidates are handed to you. Success in this position comes from proactively identifying opportunities, building relationships, generating leads, and engaging talent through consistent outreach and prospecting.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source and identify candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates
• Generate new candidate leads through referrals and market research
• Develop relationships with top talent in targeted industries
• Execute strategic recruiting campaigns to engage difficult-to-reach candidates
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate pipeline data
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and market conditions
• Consistently meet outreach, pipeline, and placement goals

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
