We partner with high-growth firms to execute critical "0-to-1" hires and support leading tech companies with their international expansion.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, 360° Recruitment Consultant to manage the full talent lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to both clients and sophisticated technical candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place top-tier technical and financial talent (e.g., Engineers, Quant Developers, Risk Managers).
• Client Management: Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand technical mandates and provide market insights.
• Business Development: Identify and pitch to high-growth tech and finance firms expanding their international footprint.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage complex candidate closing processes and offer negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years of prior recruitment experience (agency background preferred). Experience in Tech, Finance, or Web3 is a strong plus.
• Track Record: Proven history of hitting billing targets and managing client relationships.
