Espresso Elegance is the Pacific Northwest's premier espresso catering company, bringing handcrafted coffee experiences to corporate events, conferences, employee appreciation events, weddings, and brand activations throughout the Puget Sound region.

We're looking for an organized, hands-on leader to oversee our warehouse operations while also serving as a professional catering barista at events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, leading a small team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Warehouse & Operations
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and event-ready.
• Develop and improve warehouse systems and processes.
• Manage inventory levels for coffee, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare, clean, and restock espresso carts for upcoming events.
• Coordinate with the Event Office to ensure every event has the correct equipment and inventory.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Maintain espresso machines, including regular backflushing and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise and support warehouse and delivery staff.
• Train team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations.
• Assist with deliveries and warehouse logistics as needed.
• Catering Barista
• Travel to events throughout the Puget Sound region.
• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages with speed and consistency.
• Create welcoming, memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and professional espresso bar.
• Troubleshoot equipment and service issues when they arise.
• Communicate event feedback to the office team.

• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Coffee or espresso experience
• Warehouse or inventory management experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Mechanical aptitude or experience maintaining equipment
• Event or hospitality experience
• Work Schedule
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, with an average schedule of approximately 30 hours per week.
• Hours increase seasonally to consistent full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)during our busiest months: March through June
• September through December
• Schedule varies based on event volume but is typically Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 2:00 PM.Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts are required to support client events.
• Flexibility is important, as schedules are driven by our event calendar.
