What you'll be doing

Lead the performance of kilns, hydrators and bagging operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, asset reliability, quality, and cost optimisation.

Develop and monitor operational KPIs, translating performance data into actionable improvement plans.

Coach and develop a team of 30+ employees while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.

What you'll bring

• Proven production leadership experience within the minerals, cement, or related heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong track record managing safety, environmental compliance, operational performance, and budgets.
• Experience leading and developing frontline and supervisory teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
