Branch Manager (Civil)

We're partnering with a leading national provider of traffic safety, roadway infrastructure, and traffic control services to find a Branch Manager who can lead a growing Northern California operation. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing field operations, customer relationships, project execution, financial performance, and team development.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience managing multiple crews, projects, job sites, or branch locations simultaneously
• Strong P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting experience
• Strong construction operations background and field execution knowledge
• Customer-facing leadership experience with contractors, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and operate with a high level of accountability🚧

What You'll Do

• Lead all branch operations, field crews, equipment, scheduling, and production activities
• Oversee multiple active projects and crews across Northern California
• Manage branch P&L, project budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, DOT agencies, and customers
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, production schedules, and project resources
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements, safety regulations, permits, and local ordinances
• Partner with estimating teams to align workload, production capacity, and project execution
• Drive branch growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance💲

Compensation

• $120,000–$130,000 Base Salary
• Bonus Eligible
