• Hours: 9:00am- 5:00pm / 37.5 hours per week
• Temporary Role - 6 Months Duration / W2 Contract Only
• Pay Rate: $40.00-$50.00/hr.

Our client, a leading global beauty company, is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Supply Chain Manager to support its global Makeup and RN (Regional/Brand) business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain while partnering with Global and Regional Brand teams to achieve key business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring continuity across Brand Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support Global and Regional Brand teams within the Makeup and RN business to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Drive timely resolution of critical supply chain issues related to:
• Product Quality
• Customer Service
• Cost Optimization
• Inventory Management
• Regulatory Compliance
• Product Reformulations
• Partner closely with Regional leadership and Supply Chain stakeholders to identify risks, develop solutions, and execute action plans.
• Serve as a key point of coordination across Brand Operations, ensuring alignment and continuity of initiatives.
• Prepare, maintain, and communicate operational reports, dashboards, and business updates for leadership.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Planning, and Customer Service.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Support ongoing operational initiatives to improve service levels, inventory health, and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, brand operations, or demand planning, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry.
• Experience supporting global and regional business teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain functions including planning, inventory management, customer service, quality, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or consumer products industry.
• Experience supporting product launches and reformulation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across global teams.
