[ Summary ]

Responsible for building and executing optimal supply chain strategies to support the business expansion in North America. This role manages the end-to-end supply chain flow, encompassing strategic sourcing (identifying where to buy), price and commercial negotiations with suppliers, and the design and optimization of efficient logistics networks.

[ Essential Duties ]

・ SCM Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sourcing and logistics strategies aligned with business goals and project timelines to optimize the entire supply chain.

・ Supplier Management & Negotiation: Build long-term relationships with key suppliers, conduct regular performance evaluations, and lead price negotiations to drive cost reductions and secure supply stability.

・ Logistics Optimization: Manage domestic and international transportation routes (land, ocean, air), coordinate with freight forwarders, streamline customs clearance, and optimize overall logistics costs.

・ Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor and manage inventory levels based on operational schedules and project timelines to maintain optimal stock and handle timely demand adjustments.

・ Risk Management: Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks, geopolitical risks, and logistics delays, and establish robust business continuity plans (BCP).

[ Salary ] $100,000 - $170,000 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
