Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Overview

COLORFUL DREAMSTATE SUPPLY CHAIN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain processes, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, transportation, and order fulfillment
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow execution
• Monitor shipments, inventory levels, and operational performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports
• Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes
• Support ERP and logistics system updates and ensure data accuracy
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations coordination, or inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
