Director, Commercial Supply Chain Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Director Commercial Supply Chain Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive supply chain transformation efforts for various industries
• Assess current-state operating models and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies
• Design advanced supply chain architectures leveraging technology and analytics
• Advise executives on aligning supply chain strategies with regulatory and operational goals
• Develop end-to-end supply chain strategies customized to client environments
• Lead demand forecasting and planning initiatives to improve service and cost efficiency
• Oversee strategic sourcing and category management activities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or large-scale transformation roles
• Prior experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level in a consulting firm or internal consulting role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations across various industries
• Proven ability to assess and redesign current-state operating models for scalability
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in client-facing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
