This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the heart of Tag’s sourcing function. The Strategic Sourcing team drives profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence across the Retail Activations network.

As part of this high-performing function, you will help design and implement scalable supply chain strategies that consolidate spend into a compliant, right-sized, and innovative vendor network aligned with business goals.

The team delivers sustainable savings, stronger partnerships, and innovation, while ensuring governance, responsibility, and sustainability remain central to how Tag creates lasting value for clients.

Role Summary

We are seeking a commercial, agile, and analytical Strategic Sourcing Manager to manage, scale, and future-proof our supply chain across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets.

This role bridges ANZ client demands with supply chain excellence, translating complex client data into competitive pricing structures, onboarding local vendors, and leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs while driving cost savings, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors across Print, POSM, Premiums, and Digital Activation in ANZ.Ensure supplier compliance with corporate and sustainability standards.
• Conduct market RFIs/RFPs and lead mass pricing exercises.
• Develop and manage competitive and standardized rate cards.
• Establish supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement through business reviews.
• Monitor risks including macroeconomic trends and supply chain disruptions.
• Develop contingency sourcing strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Drive cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives.
• Promote sustainable materials, technologies, and supplier practices.
• Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in manufacturing (print, POSM, packaging), agency sourcing, or corporate procurement.
• Strong understanding of marketing production and vendor ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multi-category sourcing environments.3–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within ANZ.Strong technical knowledge of print production, POSM, or marketing asset manufacturing.
• Familiarity with FSC, PEFC, Eco
• Vadis, and SMETA sustainability frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
