As our New Zealand business continues to grow, we are building a stronger local team to better support our retail partners, improve supply visibility, and drive more disciplined demand and inventory planning across the market.

We are now looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our New Zealand team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially connected planning role sitting close to sales, retail channels, product launches and supply chain execution. You will support the end-to-end planning process across demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, promotional planning and stock flow coordination.

The role will work closely with the Country Manager, internal regional teams, distributors, retail partners and supply chain stakeholders to make sure the right products are available at the right time, in the right channels. This is not a purely back-office planning role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, understands retail channel dynamics, and can turn numbers into practical business actions.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining demand forecasts across key product categories and channels
• Tracking sell-in, sell-out, stock on hand and inventory movement
• Supporting new product launch planning, including launch forecasts and initial stock requirements
• Working with sales and channel teams on promotional forecasts and stock readiness
• Monitoring inventory risks, including overstock, slow-moving stock, EOL products and potential shortages
• Improving visibility across stock flow, allocation, inbound supply and replenishment requirements
• Preparing planning reports and insights to support business decisions
• Partnering with internal teams, distributors and retail stakeholders to resolve supply and inventory issues
• Continuously improving planning tools, reporting processes and forecast accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment or a related role
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, distribution or a fast-moving product environment

Required Skills

• Strong Excel capability, including the ability to build, maintain and improve planning tools and reports
• A good understanding of retail channels, promotional cycles and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks early and follow through on actions
• Confidence working across sales, supply chain, operations and external partners
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership and the inner drive to improve how things are done
• The ability to stay calm and structured in a fast-moving environment

• You enjoy working with data, but you also understand that planning is not just about spreadsheets — it is about supporting real channel execution and business growth.
