Role Overview

Junior's Fashion Week (JFW) is a premier destination for kids' fashion. Since its inception in 2016, JFW has been creating memorable experiences for children and brands by providing a stage where young stars shine. As a Business Development Executive at JFW, you'll play a key role inshaping the dreams of children and creating life-changing opportunities for them.UAE Location : Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Participant Acquisition:
• Identify and connect with potential participants (parents) for JFW's fashion shows across UAE.Effectively pitch the value of Junior's Fashion Week to parents and guide them through the registration process.
• Relationship Building:
• Build strong relationships with parents to understand their expectations and build trust in JFW’s vision and offerings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents during the registration process and resolve any queries.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach.
• Attend and support fashion shows and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Arab Spoken will be a preference.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.

Passion for kids' fashion and events is a plus.
