Senior Sales Executive

This is more than a traditional sales role—our team owns the entire customer journey from the first conversation to the customer's first successful transaction on the platform.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Success in this role means:✅ Building strong relationships with car rental companies across the UAE.✅ Converting qualified leads into active members.✅ Ensuring every customer completes onboarding successfully.✅ Supporting members during their first 30 days on the platform.A sale is not complete when the contract is signed—it is complete when the customer becomes an active and successful member of our ecosystem.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━RESPONSIBILITIES━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Contact and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Conduct introductory calls and complete customer KYC procedures.
• Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct online and in-person platform demonstrations.
• Present membership plans and explain platform benefits.
• Coordinate with the verification team to complete compliance requirements.
• Close membership agreements and support contract execution.
• Guide customers through onboarding and account activation.
• Assist with company setup, user creation, and vehicle uploads.
• Conduct training sessions and answer customer questions.
• Follow up with members during their first 30 days.
• Support customers until they complete their first successful transaction.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Build long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━QUALIFICATIONS━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the automotive or car rental industry is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Professional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and digital tools.
