Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in food factories and food service establishments, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote Specifico’s food safety solutions and training services.

Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with technical and consulting teams to ensure accurate solution delivery, tracking sales activities using CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to support strategic sales planning and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management within services or technology solutions.
• Experience in client relationship management, including consultative selling and conducting professional presentations.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, ISO22000, or related regulatory frameworks in the food or hospitality sector is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Previous sales experience in the Middle East market, particularly UAE, is an advantage.

Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
