Role Context The Primary Science and English Teacher will be responsible for planning, teaching, assessing, and supporting student learning across Science and English subjects. The role requires strong classroom management, curriculum knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to use educational technology to make learning more interactive.

Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging Primary Science and English lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student learning needs.* Create age-appropriate lesson plans that support literacy development, scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and classroom participation.* Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that encourages confidence and curiosity.* Use varied teaching strategies to support students with different abilities, learning styles, and academic levels.* Promote strong English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.* Support Science learning through observation, investigation, practical activities, questioning, and concept-based instruction.* Assess student progress through classwork, homework, projects, tests, observations, and formative assessment techniques.* Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of academic progress and learning outcomes.* Use technology, digital learning tools, and educational software to enhance teaching and student engagement.* Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school leaders to improve lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and student achievement.* Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and learning support needs.* Maintain effective classroom routines, behavior expectations, and a safe learning environment.* Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum-related initiatives.* Support the wider school community through teamwork, cultural awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile * Master s degree or B.Ed in Education, English, Science, or a related field.* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE.* Experience teaching Primary Science and English in a school environment.* Strong understanding of curriculum standards, lesson planning, assessment methods, and student progress tracking.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school environment.* Proficient in using technology, educational software, and digital learning platforms.* Passionate about student success, creative teaching, and holistic child development.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan lessons, manage records, and meet academic deadlines.* Ability to join immediately will be an advantage.
