We are looking for a highly motivated Regional (Senior) Visual Merchandising Executive, APAC. As a key member of the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising ecosystem, this role is responsible for translating L’OCCITANE Group brands’ vision and DNA into impactful and commercially effective environments across the APAC region.
The role requires close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial/Sales teams, as well as global and regional stakeholders, to ensure store designs support brand strategy, business growth, and evolving consumer expectations.
Relevant qualification in visual merchandising, design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related design course of studyMin. 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetic industryCreative flair with a good eye for details Interest in Retail, Architecture, and Fashion trends.
Proficient in design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPointExpert in SketchUp, delivering high-impact 3D visual merchandising campaign layouts, from window displays to immersive in-store experiences.
Highly motivated with an intellectual curiosity to take up new challenges.A good team player that’s possess excellent communication, negotiation and collaborating skills. Positive mindset & attitude, with effective problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure within tight timeline & budget.
Proficiency in spoken & written English, knowing Chinese will be a plus.
