Inspect cut and bent reinforcement steel products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, bending schedules, and project specifications.

Verify dimensions, shape codes, bending angles, lengths, quantities, and tagging of processed materials.

Conduct in-process and final inspections during production.

Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and products.

Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards, client requirements, and company quality procedures.

Assist in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Liaise with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely release of approved materials. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection within rebar cut and bend operations, steel processing, or steel fabrication.

Strong understanding of rebar specifications, bar bending schedules (BBS), and reinforcement detailing.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and bending schedules.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.

Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection tools.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
