POSITION: ESTIMATOR

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an “ESTIMATOR” with at least 3 years of experience in pricing for glass, mirror, and decorative metals. This role requires a clear understanding of the estimating process. You will be expected to work from a bill of quantities or a set of drawings from the client and provide price estimates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and compile data on costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project scope.
• Prepare preliminary estimates and assist in reviewing final estimates.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
• Assist senior estimators in preparing cost estimates for projects.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate project planning.
• If needed, participate in site visits to gather information for estimation purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience in Glass, Metal, or Fitout IS A MUST.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Strong experience in Auto
• CAD and the Microsoft Office Suite
