The role of Server Assistant is crucial in delivering an outstanding dining experience at the club. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Server Assistant supports both a la carte and banquet functions, ensuring service flows smoothly and guests feel genuinely welcomed.

This position demands a confident and hospitable individual who thrives as part of a front-of-house team within a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Responsibilities include setting dining areas to the exacting standards of Food & Beverage Management, greeting members and guests warmly, replenishing beverages, clearing tables promptly, and assisting servers to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, a basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs proactively.

The Server Assistant also plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across dining and service areas, adhering strictly to club policies including safety and attendance regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• One-year experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort or private club preferred
• Current Food Handlers certificate
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service
