Accounts Assistant | Scaling Media & Entertainment SME | C. London | to £35,000I've partnered with an incredibly dynamic, fast-growing Media & Entertainment business based in Central London to find an a hands-on Accounts Assistant to take full ownership of the transactional workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Transactional Finance: Manage daily AP/AR reconciliations, including processing invoices and uploading data accurately into SAGE.Cash Management: Take ownership of daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash visibility.
• Expenses: Oversee the weekly reconciliation of company credit cards and employee expenses.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Act as the key bridge between internal operations teams and external suppliers to support smooth business operations and stock ordering.
• Office Management: Assist with ad-hoc office management duties (e.g., maintaining stationery, kitchen supplies, and ensuring a great studio environment).

The Ideal candidate

• Experience: 1-2 years proven track record in a similar transactional finance or accounts assistant position.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to manage relationships with senior creative leadership and external partners.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills alongside exposure to accounting systems and confident on Sage
• What’s on offer:
• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience).
• Location: London
• Hybrid Working, 3 days in 2 at home.
