Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Assistant at Muir-Chase Plumbing Co., Inc. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely jobsite deliveries, and a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Receive and unload deliveries
• Check materials against packing slips and report any issues
• Label and organize materials by job
• Track inventory and log received items
• Pull and prepare materials for deliveries
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Deliver materials to jobsites and pick up returns
• Track and manage tools and equipment
• Help process material returns
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Plumbing industry experience
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and supplies
• Warehouse and inventory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to safely lift and move materials
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
