Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Changi, Singapore. The Retail Associate will greet customers, explain product features and benefits, and provide hands-on demonstrations of Breo massagers and wellness products. The role involves delivering attentive, customer-focused service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Day-to-day tasks include managing stock on the shop floor, assisting with inventory counts, and supporting visual merchandising and product displays. The Retail Associate will also respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess customer-focused service and customer experience skills to provide personalized recommendations and ensure satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for clear product explanations and professional customer and team interactions.
• Candidates should possess basic inventory management skills to support stock checks, replenishment, and accurate product labeling.
• Prior retail or customer service experience in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer electronics is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as restocking shelves and setting up displays.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is an advantage; training will be provided as needed.
