Job Title: Permanent IT Project Manager Location: South Dublin (M50) Job Type: Hybrid (2 to 3 days Per week) Work Type: PermanentOverview of Role:
Portfolio Management: Simultaneously manage multiple IT projects through their entire life-cycle, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Hybrid Methodology: Apply Agile frameworks pragmatically based on the project's needs.
Project Artefacts: Create and maintain vital documentation, including project plans, scope definitions, release schedules, risk registers, and change management logsTracking & Reporting: Monitor execution to meet technical requirements, and regularly report project status and health to IT Management in steering meetings.
Stakeholder Liaison: Build relationships and manage communication across all levels, both internally with business partners and externally with vendors and supplierTechnical Collaboration: Coordinate and support internal technology teams, specialists, and solution architects to drive delivery.
Resource Optimisation: Identify required resources, organise team activities, and build schedules to hit deadlines.
