The Role

This is an opportunity to join a growing London project management team delivering prestigious projects ranging from major refurbishments through to complex new-build developments.

You'll lead schemes from inception through to completion while building trusted relationships with an impressive client base.

• Manage projects across commercial offices, industrial & logistics, residential and retail sectors, typically from £2m to £50m+, acting as Project Manager, Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams, oversee procurement, programme, cost and risk management, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities and play an active role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Person

You'll already have a strong background in consultancy project management and be confident taking ownership of projects and client relationships.

Whether you're an established Senior Project Manager or ready to step into an Associate-level position, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career.

• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification with experience delivering commercial property projects.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, project delivery, contract administration and employer's agent responsibilities.
• Commercially minded, confident with clients and capable of leading teams while developing new business opportunities through excellent project delivery.
