Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager position based in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications.

Day-to-day tasks involve managing project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating logistics, addressing permitting and entitlement processes, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project goals. The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows and achieve project success.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of professional experience in architectural firms
• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
• Strong expertise in Expediting and Management of permitting and regulatory approval processes
• Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality assurance and compliance
• DSA experience is preferred
• Logistics Management capabilities to optimize resources and oversee supply chains
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Expert knowledge with architecture, design, and construction processes is preferred
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Licensed CA architect a plus
• Experience in accessible design and good working knowledge of CBC Chapter 11B
• Revit and ACAD proficiency
• Legal authorization to work in the US and English fluency
