Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for client success and managing complex projects in a regulated environment? We're hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry in Boston, MA.

📍 Location: Boston, MA

🏢 Work Model: Fully Onsite (5 days/week)

What You'll Do

• Manage environmental testing projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Lead client onboarding, project planning, and timeline management.
• Coordinate sample tracking and collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Manage project portfolios with revenue responsibility of up to $2M.

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
