Project/Program Manager II

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead compliance-focused initiatives supporting e-commerce requirements, delivery, and testing. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving timelines, mitigating risks, and providing regular status updates to leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple compliance-related projects and programs.
• Develop project plans, establish timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver project milestones on schedule.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Drive issue resolution and maintain accountability across project teams.
• Support compliance workstreams related to e-commerce requirements, delivery, and testing.
• Lead multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 4–7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing compliance-related workstreams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Experience preparing project documentation and executive-level status reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within telecommunications, highly regulated industries, or large technology organizations.
• Experience supporting e-commerce compliance initiatives.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Test
• Rail.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects in complex environments.
