Junior Project Manager

We are hiring a Junior Project Manager to join Publicis Groupe and support the delivery of creative, integrated campaigns one of the world’s most recognisable global brands. What you’ll be doing:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, from briefing through to final rollout
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects stay on track and aligned
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration across all stages of delivery
• Assist in managing workflows and keeping project plans up to date and clearly communicated
• Help organise key milestones, meetings and approvals to maintain momentum
• Identify risks or challenges early and support solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment
• Skills we’re looking for:
• Around 1–2 years’ experience in a project management or coordination role within an agency or marketing environment
• Experience working on a large or global brand or account, with an understanding of multi-market delivery
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across teams and disciplines
• Attention to detail and a structured, reliable approach to delivery
• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, ask questions and take ownership of tasks
