About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join HSBC's Employee Listening team and lead the delivery of one of the bank's highest-profile people initiatives – the annual all-employee Snapshot Survey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a programme that reaches employees across the globe and attracts significant attention from senior leadership.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the 2026 survey, supporting activities from final preparation and launch through to results reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Essential ExperienceDemonstrated project management experience delivering large, complex global programmes.

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and fixed deadlines.

Experience working within HR, People, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics or related environments.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and escalate where required.

Experience coordinating delivery across multiple functions and teams.

Proven ability to drive momentum and hold teams accountable for key milestones.

Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of complexity.

Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

Desirable ExperienceExperience delivering employee engagement surveys, listening programmes or similar large-scale operational initiatives.

Experience working across multiple countries, markets and languages.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.

Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
