About the role

We’re looking for a Business Manager to work closely with our team, and our client, to drive projects forward day-to-day – balancing organisation, collaboration, and momentum so ideas make it into the world the way they’re meant to.

• What you’ll do
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and expectations stay aligned.
• Be a key day-to-day contact for our client – building trust through responsiveness, enthusiasm and clarity Work closely with strategists/creatives to keep the work flowing and friction low Turn plans and feedback into practical steps and keep everyone moving in the same direction Get involved in aspects of media planning and co-ordination alongside our media team – no specialist background required, just openness to learn
• Help to continuously improve how we work together as a team and with our client What you’ll bring
• Experience in account management, project management or similar roles within a creative or marketing environment Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple moving parts A willingness to step into new areas (including media) and grow capability Calmness under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset Curiosity, accountability and a collaborative, low-ego approach No getting stuck in admin or process, and no revolving roster of clients.
