Come and experience your future!THE WORKThis position is for a Program Manager Level 4 within the Airborne Mission Systems portfolio.

The PM will be responsible for managing the avionics mission computer development and qualification for an internal Lockheed Martin customer (IWTA/WAD). The selected applicant will have overall programmatic responsibility for the execution of the non recurring engineering and build of initial hardware and will be the direct interface to the internal customer.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of program deliveries, tracking program cost, schedule, and performance in addition to identifying risks, providing mitigation plans, and collecting and analyzing program metrics. The PM will direct all phases of programs including coordinating the preparation of engineering change proposals, work statements, specifications, and operating budgets.

The PM will participate in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, and financial terms/conditions. The selected applicant will prepare for, participate in, and present at Program Management Reviews and Program Status Reviews. The PM will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program issues, and implement solutions.

This assignment requires significant organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
