- The Challenge Reporting into the Project Leadership, you will;
- Effectively serve as commercially-driven Deputy Project Director, pivotal for delivery
- Balance commercial and big-picture focus, allowing the technical teams to compliment this
- Take full responsibility for the company's scope within a consortium and act as an equal partner with the consortium's project director
- Manage a complex key stakeholder dynamic which includes the client, builders, JV partner, consultancy and others
- Manage, oversee and coordinate the Project team, and work closely with other internal and external key stakeholders.
You will have the full responsibility of the following KPI’s:
- Safety performance
- Human Resources
- Financial
- P&L to budget
- Project performance
- Skills and Experience Required You are a natural leader, adaptable and understand the ethos that people buy from people.
- It is essential you bring:
- Ability to develop relationships from scratch, with exceptional key stakeholder management of a complex nature
- Complex Industrial Automation systems project delivery (A$50m+) of Electro-Mechanical nature, including conveyors, sortation, general automated material handling systems flow, in a live environment
- Leadership of people with a technical profile
- Financial management and budgeting processes
- Contractual and commercial issues, such as variations
- Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management
