How you'll make an impact The Delivery Lead is responsible for coordination and delivery of outcomes across Agile teams within a Domain. Ensure alignment between delivery, business priorities, and technology strategy. Lead cross - team planning, execution, and risk management while fostering collaboration and improvement.

Operating under the Data Delivery Portfolio Manager, the Delivery Lead combines the leadership focus of a Delivery Manager with the orchestration and cadence responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer. Your usual day in the office will include:

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, frameworks, standards, templates, and tooling across the Data Office.

Develop and unify delivery team members - resolving conflicts and building delivery capability across squads.

Support delivery budget and cost management - assisting with cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting in consultation with the Data Delivery Por􀆞olio Manager.

Lead planning and execution across Agile teams within the assigned Domain.

Facilitate Quarterly Planning and coordinate dependencies across teams.

Manage delivery risks, issues, and scope alignment with business priorities.

Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to improve delivery practices.

Maintain Domain level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Support Cost Attribution processesYour attributesBachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, or related field.8-10 years in Agile or Data delivery roles, with experience leading cross-functional & deliverystreams.

Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Agile delivery practices, andprogram governance.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability toinfluence across business and technical teams.SAFe or Agile certification (e.g., SAFe RTE, CSM) highly regarded.
