Overview
We are partnered with a leading general contractor focused on delivering technically complex ground up construction projects across commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, education, and advanced technology sectors.
This role supports Project Managers with the day to day coordination and administration of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, while helping drive schedule, cost, and subcontractor management efforts.
Role and
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with daily project operations across all phases of construction
- Assist with managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and document control processes
- Track procurement schedules and help coordinate material deliveries to align with field operations
- Assist with subcontractor coordination including scope reviews, contract administration, and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain project logs and support reporting related to budgets, schedules, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project documentation aligns with site progress
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings and help drive follow up items to completion
- Review drawings and specifications to support issue resolution and project coordination efforts
- Assist with invoice processing, pay applications, and project closeout documentation
- Support MEP coordination and help maintain communication between design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership
- Help identify project risks and support resolution of schedule or coordination issues throughout construction

- Qualifications and Experience2+ years of construction experience in project engineering or project coordination roles
- Required: Experience supporting ground up commercial or industrial construction projects
- Preferred: Experience with mission critical, manufacturing, healthcare, or technically complex projects
- Working knowledge of construction documents, subcontract management, and project administration processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants
- Procore experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
