Vice President of Portfolio and Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Of Portfolio And Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes.

The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Washington, DC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$375,000 – $450,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the product management strategy for HP's Office Print division
• Develop and align a portfolio vision with customer needs and market trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio management from planning to lifecycle
• Identify growth opportunities in hardware, software, and services
• Influence senior leaders to align on strategic decisions and outcomes
• Develop a high-performing product management team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of senior product management experience, preferably across hardware and software portfolios
• Demonstrated success in leading product strategy and investment decisions
• Deep understanding of hardware and software integration for customer experience
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and aligning diverse teams
• Strong market insight translating into actionable product decisions
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives
• Global leadership experience in large multinational environments
