About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in the Wealth/Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering high-quality digital solutions that align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
• Strong experience in the Wealth/Asset Management industry.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Wealth Management platforms, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Advisory, or Client Onboarding.
• Familiarity with financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Investments.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in Wealth/Asset Management.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities and automation solutions.
