Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end business analysis, design support, and delivery coordination for the Data Resilience ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment to regulatory requirements (PRA/FCA), operational resilience outcomes, and enterprise data control frameworks.
• Translate regulatory, risk, and business requirements into structured ServiceNow user stories, workflows, and data models
• Support end-to-end solution design across Data Resilience capabilities (IAR, DRA, DLVC, controls, and reporting)
• Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned to ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and target architecture
• Collaborate with ServiceNow CoE and engineering teams to shape scalable, automated solutionsWipro is an exciting organization to work for.
