We’re partnered with a well-funded robotics company in Denver that is quietly rebuilding its core engineering team and tackling one of the most challenging real-world autonomy problems today: coordinating fleets of robots operating in dense, dynamic environments.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on a small, elite team where your work will directly control physical systems moving significant mass in real-world deployments.

If you’ve worked on multi-agent systems, motion planning, or robotics at scale—this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come around often.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Multi-agent path planning (MAPF/MAPD) in complex environments
• Distributed robotic systems coordinating in real time
• Production-grade C++ software running on physical robots
• Simulation, performance optimization, and system reliability
• End-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment

What They’re Looking For

• Strong C++ fundamentals (modern, production-level code)
• Experience with ROS2 and Linux-based robotics systems
• Background in path planning (A*, Dijkstra, etc.)
• Exposure to or deep expertise in multi-agent coordination / MAPF / CBS
• Ability to build deterministic, real-time systems
• Engineers who thrive in hands-on, in-person environments
