We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. We've been growing like crazy and just closed a $200MM round of funding. Our CRM makes it easy for solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their book of business and increase sales. We integrate with leading FinTech brands and tools like Google and Outlook.

We have been in business since 2012, with 120 employees and around 40 technical employees in our engineering org. We are REMOTE first.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with other senior Rails developers
• Implement core functionality using Rails
• Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
• Build and deploy integrations
• Make architectural decisions for next-gen tech stack
• Build and maintain components in React and TypeScript
• Work with technical product teams to create user experience-led features

Required Experience

• Ruby, Ruby on Rails
• React
• AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
• Experience developing full stack applications with agentic AI
• Interest in AI tools (Cursor, Claude, V0, Replit)

Nice to Have

• Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux, Postgres
