BeatO fixed that with a full-stack model combining smart connected devices (glucometers, CGMs, BP monitors), doctor and coach-led care programs, and a food and supplements range, all integrated into a single app experience.

The Opportunity

BeatO is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone seeking exposure to every part of a fast-growing healthtech company—from strategy and fundraising to operations and new business lines like GLP-1-led weight management.

In this role, you will: Own the follow-through by driving founders' top priorities to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution. Run the operating rhythm by preparing board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives.

Lead special projects involving cross-functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements. Build decision-ready insights by translating data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into meaningful recommendations. Grow into business ownership with exposure to leadership discussions and opportunities to eventually lead a function or business vertical.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving diverse business problems rather than working within a single function.

You have likely spent the last few years in consulting, investment banking, a startup, or a Founder's Office, and are comfortable working with limited context, incomplete information, and fast decision-making.

You'll likely recognise yourself in this: 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment. Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving accountability. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations.
