We're partnering with a high-growth startup looking to add a Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Analyst to its Sales Enablement team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career data professional who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly impact sales performance and customer engagement.

The clients mission is to address the pressing need for accessible, affordable, and effective support for the 1 in 5 Americans suffering from chronic pain.

About the Role

You'll work closely with Sales Enablement leadership to build reports, analyze go-to-market performance, and deliver meaningful insights that help field teams have more effective customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards that support field sales teams with customer-facing insights.
• Analyze sales and GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create data-driven content to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze large datasets.
• Strong proficiency with Looker and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and presenting insights in a business-friendly format.
