Position Description: ∙We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and automated software delivery across enterprise environments. The role involves managing containerized applications, implementing automation and monitoring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and compliant production systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

∙Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable software delivery across environments ∙Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP) ∙Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell, or PowerShell to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency ∙Manage environment promotion and release processes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production ∙Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system health and performance ∙Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production systems ∙Ensure security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices are embedded in CI/CD pipelines ∙Collaborate with development, QA, SRE, and security teams to improve delivery and operational stability ∙Participate in on-call rotations and support production reliability ∙Drive continuous improvement in automation, scalability, and system resilience

Requirements

∙6 plus years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) ∙Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps ∙Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP) ∙Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell ∙Experience managing application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments ∙Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and system administration ∙Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., ELK, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana) ∙Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and security integration in CI/CD pipelines ∙Familiarity with ITIL-based change, incident, and release management processes ∙Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills ∙Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams ∙Agile/Safe methodologies ∙Mindset (Automation; Security; Strong DevOps/SRE principles)

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
