We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Senior Manager of IT & Business Systems to serve as a key operational partner to leadership and drive enterprise systems and process excellence across the company. This role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, operations, sales, and business transformation.
The individual will own and optimize the company's ERP ecosystem, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help scale the organization through thoughtful process improvements and technology investments. The ideal candidate combines deep ERP expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for stakeholders across the organization.
This individual will partner closely with leadership and serve as a trusted extension of the team to drive operational effectiveness and support strategic initiatives.
IT Vendor ManagementManage relationships with outsourced IT providers and strategic technology partners.
Coordinate issue resolution and ensure service quality.
Partner with ERP consultants and subject matter experts to maintain continuity and institutional knowledge.
Enterprise Systems OwnershipServe as the business owner for Sage X3 and related enterprise applications.
Drive ERP enhancements, integration, reporting, and process improvements across departments.
Ensure system stability, scalability, and business continuity.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to maximize the effectiveness of business systems.
Develop reporting and analytics capabilities leveraging SQL and related tools.
Cross-Functional Process ImprovementPartner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR leaders to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance business operations.
Translate business requirements into scalable systems and process solutions.
Technology Strategy & Business TransformationLead evaluations and implementations of future business applications and integrations.
Support initiatives involving expense management, CRM, HRIS, reporting, and financial planning systems.
Assess opportunities to optimize platforms including Concur, Salesforce, TriNet, and future finance and planning tools.
Leadership PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor and operational partner to senior leadership.
Explain technical concepts in business-friendly language to stakeholders across the organization.
Provide recommendations that align technology investments with business objectives.
Lead and manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, growing environment.
