IT Specialist

The Role

Manage global IT data center and IT room resources from Atlanta, GA. Oversee monitoring systems, uptime, performance, and capacity planning for critical IT infrastructure. Collaborate closely with Facilities/Construction and traditional IT teams across the globe. Lead the development, design, implementation, optimization, and operation of ICT spaces and systems.

Manage and mentor direct reports, setting performance expectations and guiding career development.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field with 5+ years of IT-relevant experience OR High School diploma/equivalent with 10+ years of IT-relevant experience. 6+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience leading projects or programs.

Subject matter expertise in ICT spaces and standards, IT Security, Operations, and Project Management. Proven track record in operating Mission Critical IT spaces. Proficiency in analysis, selection, and modification of IT Infrastructure Management systems and software.
