Information Technology Services (ITS) at the MCCCD seeks an experienced and proactive IT Manager for the Business Enablement team. Under the direction of the IT Director, this critical position oversees the PeopleSoft development team, serves as the technical lead for projects, and leads design discussions.

• As our technical architect and team captain, you will oversee the full lifecycle of production support, development, upgrades, and cutting-edge enhancements across our robust Oracle and People
• Soft ecosystem (Campus Solutions, HCM, FMS), and Oracle SaaS EPM.This role frequently engages with functional and technical teams to develop new functionality to meet business requirements and enhance existing customizations and applications.

• So, to be considered I need to have...Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or directly related field and five (5) years of professional experience in area related to assignment, which includes two (2) years of supervisory experience.ORAn equivalent combination of the conferred degree, education, certification and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
