Your Next Opportunity

What you'll do

• You'll own the full sales cycle — from building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting to closing multi-year SaaS agreements with brokerage executives.
• Day-to-day
• Prospect into mid-market brokerages via LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals, and events
• Lead multi-stakeholder discovery and deliver demos tied to specific business outcomes
• Navigate complex procurement and negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot; use Gong to continuously improve
• Feed customer and competitive insights back to product and leadership
• In your first 90–120 days, you'll close your first customers, build pipeline to 3–4x quota coverage, and begin shaping how Rise gets taken to market.
• Required

Who you are

• 3–7+ years in SaaS or technology sales, consistently at 100–150%+ of quota
• A self-generated pipeline builder — you don't rely on inbound
• Experienced running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with executive buyers
• Strong consultative seller with solid negotiation skillsPropTech or vertical SaaS background
• Nice To Have
• Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or AI-powered tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
